Because we hand produce each gift for you…all the way down to the handwritten message card, we need the following amount of notice for change requests:

  During Holidays
Days before the Ship Day
Days before the Ship Day
Change to Design Selection* 5 Days 3 Days
Change to Flavor* 5 Days 3 Days
Change to Handwritten Message** 5 Days 3 Days
Change to Recipient Address*** 5 Days 3 Days

* All efforts will be made to accommodate your change requests. During holiday seasons, we cannot guarantee that the changes will be made before the ship date. Designs and flavor selections will be based on availability.

** If your handwritten message has already been completed, we cannot guarantee changes.

*** Because we want your gift to arrive in great condition, priority will be made for address changes needing to be made due to recipients being out of town and the like.
