To place your order with a Nonnie Waller's Customer Care representative, you can call us toll-free at 1-800-664-0919. We're here to take your calls Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST and on Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. EST.

CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER

The easiest way to make a change to or cancel an order that has already been processed is to use our online form for making changes. A member of Nonnie's team will contact you to confirm the change. Requested changes and cancellations must be received at least two days before your gift is scheduled to be delivered.

SALES TAX

Ohio sales tax applies when the customer and the recipient both reside in Ohio. The tax is calculated on the cost of the item plus delivery charges.

Some information will also be viewed by third parties (delivery service, credit card companies) who are involved in the processing of your order.
