Sometime shortly after the
earth cooled, a luxurious yet versatile recipe
evolved called The Pound Cake. It sauntered
south of the Mason-Dixon Line where it sought
out the loving and hospitable hands of Nonnie
Waller. Nonnie refined this recipe and served
the resulting miracle to family and friends,
always receiving the highest accolades for
its elegant simplicity coupled with an irresistible
down-home charm.

Marnie
Carmichael, Lisa Caldwell and Steve Crisman now offer
Nonnie's timeless original recipe pound cake (and its
chocolate espresso first cousin) to Yankeeland. These
exceptional cakes are baked in small batches and lovingly
wrapped, then nestled inside stunning keepsake hatboxes.
Every designer edition box is covered in elegant fabric
from the far corners of the world, then topped with a
garden nosegay of fresh, seasonal flowers.

| A few years ago, Nonnie Waller's
moved to a more geographically central location to aid in overnight
deliveries. Located in an historic circa 1905 grand building,
Nonnie Waller's work space is now just as beautiful and inviting
as the gifts sent out each day. |
